Alumni Award
The Woodbury High School Alumni Association would like to announce the Annual Distinguished Alumni Award. This award will recognize those individuals that have reached beyond their high school beginnings and have achieved a significant life goal, completion of a project, or performed an action to better their community or assist an individual.
The Alumni Association is looking for individuals that have excelled in their community, personal endeavors or professional achievements. These individuals should show:
- A strong commitment to excellence in their field or project, and
- Exhibit a contribution to their community in some way
Individuals may nominate themselves for the award, or be nominated by another person or business. In a written statement of 1500 words or less, describe what characteristics, values and goals have been achieved, and how these actions will impact the future of others.

Please include your name, address and phone number if you are nominating another person, and the name, address, and phone number of the person that is being nominated so that they may be contacted.

All entries must be received by Sept 14th 2006.. The winner will be chosen by September 18th, 2006. The award will be presented at the WHS Homecoming game in September, 2006.
